Conditions for loans and partnership (1)Our policy is that we offer a minimum of $150 M short term loan to small scale industries and Individuals for a minimum term of 2 years and maximum term of 5 years. The short term loans are serviceable twice in it’s entire duration, 21/2 (two and half percent) of total loan (principal) at inception of loan and 21/2 (two and half percent) at termination of loan, making up total of 5% on small scale businesses and individuals.
Our long term loans duration range from 5 years to 20 years, with a principal loan range from $500M to $150Billion. The interest rate on our short term loan is not different from the long term loan. A serviceable interest rate of 5% for the whole package is payable and is divided into two parts, 21/2 (two and half percent) at the inception of the loan and 21/2 (two and half percent) at termination of the loan. Intending clients must be recommended by a guarantor, who will fill and return the guarantors form, undertaking to indemnify us where the client fails in his/her duties to service the loan according to agreement.
